Stripping the dyed black hair and going to blonde?

Well, my hair has a loooooooooong history of treatments...and it's only been over the past two years...Dx;

I've dyed it red twice, purple once, brown once, and black twice (the most recent)...

My father wasn't too happy that I've been having my hair dyed black...and because other people are complaining to him, I am forced to change it. ):

So I bought Color Zap from Sally's...I used it and left it on for the longest time it said acceptable...

But it made my hair really rough and dry...and only lifted my hair color to dark black brown.

I've heard about Color Oops that it doesn't dry out hair too awfully bad though...

Should I try that one?

Would it be okay to try that after Color Zap, since they're from the same company?

And then, re-color? Or just try to get the hair in good shape until I save enough money to go to a salon and have them make it blonde?

Please help...My hair looks awful... )x;

get it in good shape and go to a stylist if you want to go blonde

if you try to go blonde yourself it will more than likely come up a dirty orangey blonde not platinum.

If you go from black to blond it tend to get green...You can go to a salon cause most will be gone

use a shampoo cocktail....bleach plus 20 vol peroxide and shampoo..mix together and lather on hair keep an eye on it..it will strip out the black color..then you would need to color it completely with one color..if you wish to be blond i would just add high lights until your hair is healthy enough...dark haired people should NEVER go blond..looks fake and if you were meant to be blond you would have been born that way!
