i want my hair to grow long, FAST

i've been considering extensions... but they're $700 for only 3 MONTHS!

are there any vitamin supplements, foods, treatments, shampoos, etc. that make hair grow longer. please only suggest things that you've tried and KNOW work.

There are two things that are scientifically proven to make your hair longer.

Sunlight and Omega 3's (can buy vitamins with this or eat a lot of fish!)

Or you can go to Sally Beauty Supply (store or website) and order clip in extensions for around $60-70, I have them and they are AWESOME!
