Go to your hairdresser and ask for a hair restoring treatment, and don't do anything that will worsen your hair, AKA flat ironing, dying, or highlighting. You could probably find a shampoo/conditioning set that is for damaged hair.

Getting a haircut is the first step anybody can do to get healthy hair.

take vitamins every day and deep condition. its the only way. also, untangle your hair before you get in the shower.

Honestly no, there is no miracle worker...

You should try trimming your ends every 3 weeks or so...

Deep condition it, ESPECIALLY the ends, every week...

Let your hair air dry...

If your hair gets frizzy, put frizz serum in it while its wet, then once it dries, it wont be so frizzy.

ALSO, make sure when you do flat iron, you are using a heat protectant spray... (Ion Silk Thermal Spray -Sally's Beauty Stores)....

Spray it on each section BEFORE you flat iron...

Good Luck

Be sure first of all to get a good trim. There is no "fix" for burnt hair, but allowing it to grow out and trimming it will eventually rid you of the damaged hair. In the growing out process there are many products you can use to tame it and bring shine. Silk protein based products like Thermasilk are good, and be sure to use conditioner every time you wash your hair. Applying a leave-in conditioner or treatment such as Infusium 23 help also. You can also apply a hot oil treatment and be sure to let your hair air-dry as much as possible. Try to avoid any products containing alcohol or peroxide.

ou can also make a paste from Mayo and Honey, mix the two well. The Mayo cannot be low fat or non fat, you want the fat for this.

Fill the tub for a nice relaxing bath, bubbles, oils whatever feels good. Apply your paste to your head and all the way down to the ends. Wrap a plastic bag over the whole thing and then a towel over the bag. Take the bath and enjoy..make it a self nurturing experience that you enjoy and relax to.

Leave the paste, bag and towel on your head at least 20 to 30 minutes, longer is ok. Rinse with very warm water as hot as is comfortable to you. You may have to lather up several times, but if you can, only wash once, (if you aren't going any where) Wash it again once or twice the next day. (put an OLD pillowcase on your pillow after putting your pillow in a plastic bag, if your hair still feels like a lot of the good stuff is still in it)

In addition to cutting back on your blow drying, READ the ingredients on the products you use on your hair (skin too for that matter). If you can't pronounce it, or really have no clue at all as to what something is, you probably don't need to be exposing your body to it! You might want to buy some PH test strips for fun and check the PH of products you use...you'll be amazed at what you learn!

Remember too that healthy skin, hair and nails starts with your general health and nutrition. If you don't eat healthy foods and drink enough water EVERYDAY, you are not setting up your body to be as healthy as it should and can be. Nails and hair are DEAD when they grow out...they are only as strong and healthy to start with as your body is. Over use of curling irons and blow driers will, of course, fry your hair as you've mentioned. Look into buying a DEFUSER attachment for when you must blow dry. Check at a hair product supply store or your salon. It goes over the end of your blow dryer and defuses the hot air so that you don't blast away so much intensely in one area at any time.

Or can also use Therma silk condition first, place on dry hair allow you hair to dry with conditioner on it, then was as normal with shampoo and the recondition it style as normal

Sebastian 2 +1 Conditioning treatment...you use it on wet hair, just let it dry into your hair and wash it wout with water. it makes you hair super soft and helps fill in the holes and breakage that heating tools or coloring your hair leaves. my hairdresser recommended it and it's worth it.

You should get some deep conditioning and hot oil treatments to help add some well needed moisture to your locks! You definetely will need to trim your ends, and continue to do this every few weeks or so, as split ends, once split, will not recover. Also, try taking more care of thehair that isn't as damaged, use heat protecting sprays etc. before blow drying/ straightening, this will help prevent any future damage. If your hair isn't long enough to cut alot off, then just trim the bottom to get ris of frizzy ends.

Also try asking in a hairdressers if there are any conditioning treatments to help repair your hair, as they have specialist products. Hope I helped!

First I am sorry to hear of your problem. I am a trained cosmetologist. The first thing you need to do is add less heat to your hair. Incorporate reconditioning into your routine.

Use quality hair product. Use a penetrating conditioner that deposit protein, oils and moisture.

Plus you can treat your hair inside out, by taking Vitamin E.

i had the same problem :S

first of all you need to get a trim...

no-ones hair is to bad to cut.

your hair will grow quicker and straighter so you dnt need to keep straightening it every day which will make your hair conditiond.

secondly, use a good deep hair conditioning lotion when you wash your hair or buy a deep nourishing, leave in conditioner to use once or twice every week.

when drying your hair, dont use a blowdryer too often

try using a towl and squeeze out excess water to prevent frizz. DO NOT rub your hair with a towl. this will make your hair frizzy.

when your hair is mostly dry, use hair serum to prevent frizz when your hair is fully dry.

before straightening your hair you must use protecting sprays or you will damage your hair further.

buy a good pair of straightners lke GHD's

they realy helped controll my hair and will make it shine

theirs no point buying a cheap pair which are "apparently" good because you'll just end up buying a pair of GHD's sooner or latorr

lastly, after straightning your hair, use a good hairspray or some straightning creme...but not too much as it will make your hair look greasy :S

hopee this helpedd

goOd luckk!x
