I straighten my hair about once a day %26amp; I hair my hairdryer on as hot as it goes.....the straightener is on level thirty its a wet to straight straightener ( I know its cheap but it works really welll haha) Um I aslo use gtb sleek before I put any heat on my hair, as for my shampoo I use Tressemme sleek. Yet my hair breaks every time I bruch it. What should I use fro my hair. Im only fourteen so really expensive treatments %26amp; conditioners are out of the question. ( :

Any help would be great!

Happy *almost Valentines day!!*

Hair is breaking?

a trim when possible, try the infusium repairologie leave in treatment, its a spray it works and its cheap. try using tresemme anti-breakage shampoo and conditioner and the anti breakage detangler. i was in and am going to be in the same situation. i strongly suggest it, try buying at least the infusium, and try to put your hair dryer a bit lower and then if you can wait ten minutes then use your straightener on a lower setting. it sucks but it works.

Hair is breaking?

Your going to have to cut back on your dryer heat and the use of your flat iron

You'll need a trim to tip off the dead ends

You need a deep oil treatment

Condition Condition Condition...cheap I recommend Dove or Pantene

Hair is breaking?

Give your hair a break and try avcado - just let them ripen then mush them up with lime juice to make a paste and work thru ur hair after shampooing - Ur hair needs the protein that they have and a break from all the heat ...

Hair is breaking?

Stop applying so much heat! It's the straightener and the blowdryer that's doing to damage!

There's no miracle cure for that. If you want to stop the damage, you need to lay off with the heat. Most pople don't realize how hot those things get. Hold the hairdryer on your wrist for a couple seconds and you'll see what I mean.

Hair is breaking?

Well first don't straighten your hair when it is wet with a hair straightener because that is about the worst thing you can do for your hair. Also try to lay off of hair drying and straighting for a couple of days a week so that your hair has time to repair. Make sure that you get your hair trimmed regularly. Try to use a shampoo that moisterizes like herbal essences hello hydration. You can also put olive oil and lemon juice on your hair and let it sit for like an hour then wash out that well help with the brittleness ( I try to do this atleast once a month).

Hair is breaking?

i have the exact problem but you are going to need to do sum things:

-stop straightenig everyday

-dotn wash everyday (you do have culry hair right?)

- if you do have curly hair, you CANNNNNNOOOOOTTTT use a hairbrush. a comb only. the brush plows thu ur hair and instead of untangling it , it just tears it

-go get a haircut and wear braids for a while so your hair dosen't show thru to the natural stuff when you dont straightne it
