for drying and straightening hair use a heat protection spray, use a conditioner that you keep on, for example i use; henara treatment wax. this is a deep conditioner which you keep on for 15-20 minutes. results are very soft and lovely hair. it is annoying waiting 20minutes with the conditioner on but its very much worth it!

lots of conditioners; leave in conditioners are really good, try avon or VO5, hair masks work quite well aswell!

get your hair wet

massage in some warm olive oil

cover your head with clingfilm and towels

leave for about 10 minutes

wash out

its like a moisturizer for your hair, some celebrities do this!

Find an intensive conditioner and wrap hair in clingfilm for an hour,comb through then rinse,put serum in....miracle!

firstly STOP drying and straigthening your hair every day cos I bet you do

then apply mayo yes shop bought mayonnaise works a treat the cheaper the better leave it on then wash you hair

Egg yolks are also great for this but it can work out exspensive and what do you do with all those egg whites

You can use mayo as a conditioner once or twice a week

Hot oil VO5 use to make one not sure if they still do but you can use warm olive oil as well, just heat a little olive ioil apply leave on for 5 mins then wash out using baby shampoo

first you need to stop straghting ur hair, Then you need to buy some sunsilk for dry and frizzy hair!!

Olive Oil is great for your hair. Avon carries a Restorative Hair Mask and a Mediterranean Olive Oil Hair Wrap that works great. I bleach mine to a platinum blonde so I have to use a conditioning treatment often and this one works great! Not only that is actually less than $10.00 right now.

stop dying it and stop straightening it. those two kill hair.... ever wonder why its called die? use alot of conditioner and cut your hair as short as you dare. itll help. give your hair a chance to live again.

i buy the aussie hair miracle satchets they are only about 鎷? and they are fab for getting some moisture back into the hair. Also buy a product that protects b4 u dry %26amp; straighten I use the tresemme one which make a difference , look out for the chemist's that have b1g1f

aveda shampoos and conditioner are fantastic, Shampure shampoo and conditioner are moisturising and strengthening but if your hair is really knackered use the Sap Moss shampoo and conditioner

l'oreal smooth intemse (buy in tub) or if you really want to get your hair back in good condition visit the hairdressers and get an intensive treatment there. they can mix up one especially for your hair needs. you should leave in the conditioner for as long as possible (i leave mine in all day sometimes, just tie my hair up then rinse out after afew hours) also stop using shampoos which contain sodium in them as this is stripping all the nutrients in your hair. use baby shampoo for a while as this is gentle and wont to any more damage!
