Your mom is right about that, but if you straighten it , it should stay striahgt for a day or two

yes straightening your hair everysingle day will damage but not like every 2 or 3 days

just ask her to buy you one and beg, theyr only like $30-40 at target

also Buy one of those hair protecting things against heat at CVS

its pretty cheap once you get it

and you have to straighten certain sections at a time

goodluck!

Straight Hair!!!!!?

its doesnt damaged your hair if you have someone to do it properly. i get my hair straigten every 6 months.

Straight Hair!!!!!?

Yes straighteners will damage your hair, even if they are 100% ceramic and u use a heat protect. A safer way to straighten your your is by applying bumble and bumble striahgt through wet hair and blow drying it staight. You get better results and its less damaging.

Straight Hair!!!!!?

Well I don't have that many good ideas except a straightener. If you use conditioner daily your hair won't be as damaged. I highly recommend telling this to your mom maybe then she'll buy you one. Also if you don't straighten your hair every day but just every once in a while it won't be as damaged. If all else fails learn to love your curly hair!

Straight Hair!!!!!?

Everything will damage your hair to an extent. Try either getting it chemically straightened or do it yourself. If your mom wont buy you a straightener then use an iron...they work better but will ruin your hair eventually. Just like a straightener.

Straight Hair!!!!!?

Go to a beauty salon and get it done, they always use straight iron serum to protect your hair and most last for at least a week.

Straight Hair!!!!!?

Blow-drying your hair actually helps to make it straighter. If you use a round brush and do small sections at a time while both unrolling the brush and blow-drying at the same time, it straightens your hair.

Straight Hair!!!!!?

Well there is no way to get curly hair straight without using a straightener or getting a chemical relaxer.

go to this website to see cheap straighteners:

There are ways to straighten your hair WITHOUT damaging it. Before you straightener your hair use Garnier Frutius Sleek%26amp; Shine hairapy serum:

There is also shampoo %26amp; conditioners that can make your hair smoother like Sunsilk Hairapy: Straighten-Up or Sunsilk: Anti-puff

GOOD LUCK=]

Straight Hair!!!!!?

Okay, trust me on this one. Do NOT go the route of chemical straightening. This is a very expensive procedure that will ALTER your hair texture. There is nothing wrong with curly hair. I have curly/wavy hair also and I love the fact that I can wear it naturally or straighten it for a different look. With chemical straightening you may not have to straighten it every day, but you may also never get your curls back. My advice to you is to blow dry your hair. Use a large round brush and dry your hair in sections. There are sprays you can buy to help it to style and to remain straight. I would talk to your mother about the straightener and assure her that you will only use it on occasion, and when you do use it, that you will coat your hair with some form of thermal protection spray/serum/gel. If she says no, play around with your curls %26amp; look for some products which may enhance your natural look :)
