I think your best bet is to go to a reputable professional. If you're a black girl with curly hair then I think that you should use hair treatment that is designed for your hair for the best results. Relaxers will make your hair straight but they can cause breakage, especially with fine hair. I reccommend going to a professional and getting your hair flat ironed and/or pressed. It is a good temporary way to wear your hair straight. A hot oil treatment is good for conditioning but wont change the texture of your hair. Whatever you decide to do, go to a professional that specializes in your type of hair to minimize damage. Lastly, accept the hair that you have and work with it. Trying to manipulate it too much will lead to damage and breakage.

The best bet for straightening hair is the use of a ceramic plate, or traditional straightener with adjustable heat settings. That does it for my hair, which is very thick.

i don't know if it will make it look and feel like naturally straight hair, but i've been getting the regular relaxers, i don't know if u ever had that done, but it dosen't do anything but make it a bit more manageable, so if thats any indication of the chinese straightening system than i wouldn't have such high expectations for it.
