Depends on what you want to spend! Natural Hair wigs are more realistic and subtle looking! Synthetic is nice as well and a little less expensive! Natural Hair wigs run in the hundred dollar + range! Go to a salon/wig shop speak to a stylist or wig specialist and they will guide you into the direction of what will suit you best! When my aunt had her treatments we had a blast picking out wigs... There are so many options, color choices, cuts, and styles to choose from! Best of luck! Unfortunatley treatments tend to change the texture of hair as well as its diameter!

Something else that I prefered to a wig was "hat and hair". The hair velcro's into the hats. The hats are a bit expensive, but if you can sew at all, you can just buy your own hats and sew velcro into them. The hair is easy to take care of and no one has ever suspected that it wasn't real.
