I am mixed and I have different hair. If I put grease in my hair it seems to ruin it yet it is so dry. I have shoulder length hair and I just got over pregnancy now my hair is shedding like crazy. What kinds of vitamins and treatments should I put in my hair and what should I do to maintatin it without using a straightner which I use every 3 days.
