What are good treatments for African American hair loss?

As you get older you will lose more hair and the texture will change but a way to prevent losing your hair is to not put products in your hair like relaxers or hair color. Those two things definitely cause your hair to break and fall out if not done properly. If you are using rubber bands as ponytail holders then that could also cause your hair to fall out. One thing that you can do that will help you out in every way is drink more water. Stay away from caffeine and sugars. Watching what you ingest can make a huge difference. You should also stay away from hairstyles that uses braids ir cornrows because sometimes that may cause breakage. And also make sure you are using good hair products and great hair oil. I personally condition my hair with Henna Placenta which is a great product (cheap) to strengthen your hair. Conditioning your hair well is a big key to keeping your hair healthy. Anyway, I hope this helps and good luck :)
