Re-hydrate my hair...help!!?

My hair has been dyed and highlights too many times. What is the best treatment I can use for my hair?? Thank you.

Even though your hair has been colored, it can either be dry or damaged, or both... It sounds like you may also need a reconstructor from getting highlights. First of all, use a clarifying shampoo to get rid of any buildup on the hair. After shampooing, use Redken AllSoft heavy cream on your hair and leave in 15 minutes. Rinse with cool water. This is very good for dry hair. If it needs reconstructing, use the same shampoo and use Joico K-Pak reconstructor. Leave in for 10 minutes and then rinse with cool water. You can also follow the K-Pak with the Heavy Cream and then rinse the Heavy Cream out after 10 -15 minutes. If you do this process once a week for a month or so, you will notice that your hair is a lot shinier and healthier. Also, go to your hairdresser and get a good trim to get rid of all the split ends. I would suggest at least getting a small trim about every 8 weeks. You can find all these products on the internet, or you can ask your stylist to order them for you because they are professional products. Make sure that when you use a reconstructor you don't leave it on longer than the bottle specifies. Reconstructors have protein in them and can dry out your hair and make it brittle if left on too long. If I could see your hair in person, I could tell you exactly what to do. Sorry....

since all those products make hair frizzy get frizz-ease deep conditioner and buy a hydrating or moisturizing shampoo and conditioner...(Add the deep conditioner on top of the conditioner on areas that are more damaged than others...

I love the conditioning pack by Graham Webb. It's a two part pack that you mix together and put on your hair and it's part of their silk collection.

For me even with dying, bleaching and being in a pool 5+ hours a day, it keeps my hair in awsome condition.

On those lovely days when I'm broke I use Nutrogena Triple Moisture, there's an awsome hair recovery mask and a hot oil treatment that are still a little on the expensive side but a lot easier to find then Graham Webb.

Jojoba oil is a great rehydrator. just pour a small amount into your palms and run through your hair. It will soften and add shine to your hair. Adding a vitamin B comlex to your diet will also give you shiny hair.
